We designed two layouts for viewing the feedback: a list view for specific items, and a grid view for a simple overview. Users can also narrow down the search results using filters or search directly with a keyword.
For the search, we needed to have clear visual cues to indicate different types of search results, like a specific company or location, so the user could easily find what they're looking for.
The HappySignals web application needed to work on all occasions, which meant that every functionality needed to be designed to scale for any device or screen resolution.
HappySignals Survey is a tool that can be used to get feedback from employees. The employee will get an email after the support session, and after rating the support directly from the email, they'll be redirected to give additional details about the case. Provided information will give companies actionable information about their support services.
We designed the email templates and the user interface to be easily branded for the customer companies.
In addition to designing the actual product, HappySignals needed a simple marketing site to showcase their product, partners and clients.
